Hannah Wegener, APRN
Hannah Wegener, APRN joined our clinic in November of 2023. Hannah grew up in Osceola, Nebraska.
Hannah received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln,
Nebraska. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center
in Lincoln, Nebraska. Hannah received her doctorate of Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Omaha,
Nebraska. Hannah is board certified as an Acute and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Hannah was a part
of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and critical care transport team at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center
in Omaha, Nebraska before joining our practice. Hannah and her husband have two children.
