APPOINTMENTS
Schedule An Appointment
To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to complete your paperwork. Arriving after your scheduled appointment time may require us to reschedule your appointment.
Appointment Required
To ensure every child receives the care they need, all visits require an appointment, except during our designated Walk-In Sick Clinic hours for established patients.
Our Walk-In Sick Clinic is available for established patients over two months of age who have received their first set of vaccines. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis during specific hours, and is subject to capacity.
If you arrive without an appointment outside of walk-in clinic hours, you may be asked to return later in the day, depending on provider availability.
We encourage you to call our office before coming in. Our nurses are available to triage your child’s symptoms over the phone and help determine whether a walk-in visit is appropriate or if a scheduled appointment is needed. This helps us provide timely and appropriate care while reducing your wait time.
For medical emergencies during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or direct you to the appropriate facility.

Well Appointments
Vaccine ScheduleDid you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? At Columbus Children’s Healthcare, CCH Pediatric Clinic, P.C., we are committed to providing the highest quality care for our pediatric patients. To ensure comprehensive medical care, we require that a parent or legal guardian be present for all well-child visits.
Well visits are essential for monitoring your child’s growth, development, and overall health. These appointments also provide an opportunity for our physicians to:
• Obtain accurate medical history and updates.
• Assess developmental milestones and address any concerns.
• Provide important health education, guidance, and preventive care recommendations.
• Discuss vaccination schedules and any necessary screenings.
A custodial parent or legal guardian must attend these visits to ensure that important medical information is communicated effectively and that informed decisions regarding the child’s health can be made.
Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
Non-Emergency Walk-Ins
For non-emergency concerns, we kindly ask that patients utilize our Walk-In Sick Clinic hours. Patients who arrive outside of walk-in hours with a non-urgent issue may be asked to schedule an appointment later in the day, based on provider availability.
This helps us ensure timely care for all patients and allows us to manage the daily schedule more efficiently.
